Prince William is president of the Football Association and has been a supporter of Aston Villa for some time and no doubt felt in his element today. The Palace jokingly said Kate hadn't brushed up on her offside rule 'I'm sure if offside rule comes up, the Duke will gallantly explain' :)
St George's Park is the FA's new National Training Centre. The 330 acre site boasts twelve full size pitches, medicine and sports science facilities, two hotels and a football centre. The £100m site is one of the most advanced sporting facilities in the world and it will be the training ground for all of the England teams.

The couple toured the facility and met with players. During the tour Kate joked about putting on her trainers for a kickabout.
William and Kate exchanged smiles before William made a brief speech.
Their Royal Highnesses unveiled a plaque.
Kate wore the £325 Reiss Angel Fit and Flare coat from the Autumn/Winter 2010 collection. The military grey knee length coat features a large wrap around collar and smart multi stitching detailing.
Yesterday Kate wore the burgundy Paule Ka suit she previously wore to a pre-christmas lunch at the Palace. Today Kate's coat appears to be the same one she wore in Sandringham before the Christmas service for a walk with the royals. Interesting to see Kate recycling these stylish pieces from her Winter wardrobe.
Kate accessorised with the Reiss Betony belt from the Spring/Summer 2009 collection and her black suede clutch.
The Duchess wore her Kiki McDonough 18ct gold amethyst and diamond drop earrings.
Kate wore her black Aquatalia Rhumbaboots. An excellent choice with the coat and of course the very cold climate... Many of you mentioned recently that you loved Kate's pre wedding style which included coats and knee high boots. Great to see Kate choosing these styles again.
